FAQ
- How do I stage a look? Open Models, pick a portrait, go to Stage to tune mirror / backdrop / ring-light cues, then save a recipe or compare in Projects.
- Where are my projects saved? Projects and recipe cards stay on your device. You can export or share from Stage / Projects.
- How do I change the language? Go to Desk and choose English or Simplified Chinese.
- Wi‑Fi only portraits? Enable the Wi‑Fi-only option in Desk to avoid cellular remote image loads.
- Portraits won’t load — check your network, or turn off “Wi‑Fi only portraits” in Desk if you are on cellular.
- Notification permissions? Manage LustrivaAI notifications in iOS Settings.
- Tracking / ATT? On supported iOS versions you may see an App Tracking Transparency prompt for attribution. You can change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

LustrivaAI respects your privacy. Stage recipes, Projects, and Desk preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information. To request deletion of account-related data, contact us at the email above. See our Privacy Policy for details on attribution, ATT, push, and optional in-app purchases.
